1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns must be initiated by contacting us at arayah@yuejisecret.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
- Shipping fees (unless item was defective or incorrect)
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
